At PERGOLUX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living space. If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

  Ensure all components, hardware, and manuals are placed back into the original shipping crates or boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will help you coordinate a specialized freight pickup for large-scale items like pergolas and glass walls at a time that suits you.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
